Why is anybody complaining about a bad call, two plays before that Rodgers overthrew a wide open Donald Driver which would have ended the game. Don’t blame the refs, blame the players for not doing their job and allowing the refs to determine the outcome of the game.

My biggest gripe is like Charles Woodson says. The thing that hurts are the league’s explanation. They say it was an incidental facemask and therefore should not have been called yet they called Cullen Jenkins for the exact same thing. It should not have been called a facemask but Rodgers is a QB and you can’t hit a QB in the helmet. Those are the rules. Mike Pereira is a despicable man that does nothing but cover for the NFL officials. The NFL is turning into the NBA. Only stars get the calls.

Say defensive pass interference takes place on a play that the QB throws an interception. Does the defense get to keep the ball? No you morons. When an infraction takes place before a change of possession the penalized team does not get to keep the ball. You Cards fans know you lucked out. The refs missed two blatant penalties against the QB almost back to back. While the NFL is right that no facemask should have been called, that is an illegal blow to the head. Rodgers is a QB not a RB or WR.

Two things. First even though Rodgers fumbled the ball before the facemask was pulled, Dansby hadn’t yet recovered the ball before Adams grabbed the facemask. The infraction took place before a change of possession occured. It would have been Packers ball 15 yards from the spot of the ball.

Second, the refs clearly blew it. They fined Berry for a helmet to helmet hit that took place two plays before. You Cards fans know that had you been playing Brady or Manning those would have been called.

Cards are still a good team- they won 11 games and it easily could have been 13. But they need to get a good pass rusher like Peppers, get Warnerto come back for the last year of his contract- and use their first rounf pick for a corner. If they do this they might be right in the superbowl next year for real. Peppers would love a ring too- and with all those offensive weapons- they showed against the pacers #2 D that they are for real. And they got some good D players- just need a tall corner.
