BYU vs Oklahoma extended highlights. This game took place on September 5th, 2009. Note: For some reason my recording missed the live broadcast of BYU’s game winning TD so I had to show the replay of it. Sorry Cougar fans.

leading up to that game everyone was talking about OU offensive line…..Byu also lost 4 starters from the previous year…BYU beat OU on the field…..yall sound like longhorn fans with the “what Ifs”. “What if Colt Mccoy didnt get hurt?” bama took mccoy out just like BYU took Bradford out its fucckin football…….it seems the only people that bitch about losses are fans not the players
@soonerstd no whats funny is FSU went on to beat these guys by like 26 and we got both BYU and OU this year. go Noles!
@soonerstd You do realize that a win is a win, right? LOL ROFLMAO HEHE HAHA stop digging your hole deeper. they must be at a 3rd grade level over at OU. Bottom line is that both teams played like crap. Its the first game of the season, that’s expected. BYU made bigger plays than OU. have i mentioned ever that you lost? get over it already.
i love how everyone says OK lost because bradford was out, ok nice excuse he played the whole first half and the score was 10-7 when he got injured. BYU’s best player harvey unga was out for the whole game, but byu still won and made no excuses like stupid OK fans
@brocellerman What’s funny is that we lose both of them and you can still only beat us by 1 point LOL
@soonerstd funny how a loser still argues. teams have to play without key players all the time. its part of the game. If your so good, you should have depth behind each player. which you apparently didn’t.
@brocellerman Unga is a quarter of the ball player of what Jermaine and Sam are. I haven’t even heard of that dude.
@soonerstd you also forgot to mention that your HEISMAN WINNING QB wasn’t really doing much anyway, so there goes that argument. BYU’s Harvey Unga was out, and he was one of the most punishing RB’s in the country. What’s your point? like i said before. Your team lost the game. get over it. Stop making excuses.
@brocellerman He also forgot to mention that our HEISMAN WINNING QB and all american tight end (best in the country) were out. LOL
@pele1281 but thy can win national championships to save there lives
@MasturCheif31 it didn’t help that your heisman-winning qb was out (and this coming from a texas fan)
@MasturCheif31 We also had great opportunities to score (Chambers fumbling into the end zone comes to mind). Bradford had never been behind an offensive line like that and he took a beating (literally). Hopefully the Rams can do better, but I don’t think that’s too realistic.
@MasturCheif31
Yeah, BYU deserves no credit, according to your post. BYU also had some great opportunities to score when they didn’t. you can go back and look at many plays in a game that “could have” happened. like when BYU fumbled at the 1 yard line and lost the ball. Quite a stupid comment on your part. Your team lost the game. get over it.
i think its funny how people are arguing if oklahoma or byu is better. didnt the game prove that? in 2009 byu was better end of story.
@pele1281 BYU won a natl title back in the 80s??? come on man when they goin to get another one?? I know they are hated on by the bcs but they not even producing unbeaten seasons or 1 loss seasons in the last 10 years to put up an argument so be quiet nobody afriad of BYU.
@pele1281 ok well byu also is not playing Texas every year either. And Mwc teams are not playin top opponents in bowl games. I can give u Utah beating alabama that was impressive but other than that MWC teams are playin them weak ass pac 10 teams in bowl games. The big 12 conference is better than the MWC. So u can have the 43 wins over the last 4 years, BYU dont play nobody except TCU and Utah everyone else is weak. Any elite team in the country could come to the MWC and dominate.
@okcboi
Wow, you’re ignorant.
BYU won the MWC in 1999, 2001, 2006 and 2007. 4 out of 11 is pretty good.
Last year, for the third time in six years, the MWC had the best bowl game winning percentage in all of college football.
Oklahoma has 42 wins over the last 4 years. BYU has 43 wins over that same span, and they don’t have the benefit of playing a conference championship game.
BYU also already HAS a national title.
Educate yourself before you speak again.
@pele1281 ok everyone made OU offensive line look like scrubs last season, way to give ur self a hand clap for somethin everyoine has done, and OU has more wins that byu the last 4 or 10 years so I could care less what byu does they aint never goin to win a national title, hell they never win their own conference.
@okcboi
Wow. I think that discussion is dead, pal. But Bradford got hurt because BYU’s defense was in his face, hitting him all game long. A “bad” BYU defense made Oklahoma’s offensive line look like scrubs.
And yeah, they got destroyed by Florida State, but they went 11-2 last year. They are one of only FOUR team to end each of the last four seasons in the top 25. They have more wins than all but 7 teams over the last four years.
@pele1281 yea but byu goes and gets killed by florida st and bradford got hurt vs byu so be quiet
now if byu could finish off a season that would be great
I was working, I had to stand at the entrance and I was securing the area where the OU band was. Those guys suck >.> It was highly annoying whatever they were playing and they repeated the same thing over and over again. Worst experience working there D=
Im an oklahoma fan and good game good video
Great highlights. Both teams, No music, Just reliving the game. Thanks.
My favorite college football game ever, my top favorite football game, BYU vs Oklahoma, I’m from Texas
