    It’s about time. Cannot wait to see the results of this. Cannot believe these guys did HIT for so long. Leg press lol guffaw.

    @ma44kk44 they used to do “HIT” which essentially meant lots of reps at super low weight. it doesn’t work.

    FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY HALLELUYAH A REAL STRENGTH PROGRAM WITH A REAL STRENGTH COACH! NOW MAYBE WE CAN STOP GETTING PUSHED AROUND BY WISCONSIN AND MICHIGAN STATE AND NEBRASKA.

    FINALLY Penn State has a legitimate strength program. A very important but often unappreciated part of a good football program.
