NFL owners voted 28-4 Tuesday to change the overtime rules for postseason games. If a team wins the coin toss and then kicks a field goal, the other team gets the ball. (March 23)

this new rule still sucks… sudden death is boring. (whoever wins the coin toss nickles and dimes into field goal range.) Give us an OT like college, College OT games are freaken FUN!
more Obama lies!!! John Green/Moe Burns 2012!!!
You’re retarded.
WHY only in Postseason games though?
This is too stupid.
woooohhh im so excited now there wont be no more unfair shit. the old OT rule is basically the same thing as who gets the most votes in 5 second win. that is some fuck up shit.
tomany frcken rules
Keep injuries down probably. Likelihood of injuries increase, especially with fatigue setting in.
I think the potential for more injuries is a big reason why they don’t have it like college. It’s a business. Players union probably don’t want it like college. But, yeah, that would be more exciting for the most part
how ironic
less football more mma
The new rule is better, but could be improved
ten days ago i blew the vice dean haha! hope it helps my gpa
The new rule is better because then it will make coaches work harder to do anything to win a game
which games are more important in overtime… playoffs or regular season? well there’s your answer.
ok so what happens in this scenario:
Team A wins the coin toss and kicks a field goal agter which the other team fumbles the ball on the kickoff return and it’s recovered ny Team “A”
