Arsenal and Tottenham head towards Alex Moriba

According to reports from the Spanish El Gol Digital outlet, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Ilaix Moriba this summer.
The 18-year-old is a highly rated young midfielder who made his debut for the squad in January.
The youngster scored once and provided crucial passes in the Spanish League, while also appearing in the Champions League round of 16 match with Paris Saint-Germain.
The report alleges that his rapid advance has caught the attention of two North London clubs, with both Arsenal and Tottenham keen on his services in the summer.
There is also interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United for a midfielder who has a contract with the club until 2022.
The report is full of contradictions. It claims Barcelona is ready to send him on loan to Real Betis next season to persuade him to stay.
For a player who already made an impact in the Spanish league and played in the Champions League, his value has been set at 4.3 million pounds (5 million euros).
It is unclear what Barcelona plans to do with him. If United and Chelsea make a tempting offer, the Catalan giants – who are struggling financially right now – could get the money. However, they may need to increase the asking price.
Tottenham will seek to sign a midfielder in the summer, but Jose Mourinho is likely to invest in a seasoned player.
