There is growing speculation that Manchester United will let go of their midfielder, Paul Pogba, in the summer transfer window if he does not sign a new contract.
Pogba has continued to be linked with moves away from Old Trafford, as reports have often linked him to moves to either Real Madrid or Juventus.
Recently, his agent, Mino Raiola, stressed in a statement that there may be a swap deal with Pogba with Real Madrid player Eden Hazard in the future.
While the world champion winner has a few weeks to decide before the start of the summer transfer window, reports have revealed that the Red Devils are focusing on three players to sign as a replacement for Pogba if he leaves.
According to the Sunday Mirror, Man United have now fielded three replacements for the French international, which include Ndidi, West Ham’s Declan Rice and Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez.
On the other hand, Manchester United coach Ole Gunner Solskjaer is hoping that Pogba stays at Old Trafford by signing a new contract with the Red Devils.
Man Utd return to action today in the Premier League when they face Liverpool in a match that could declare Man City the winner of this season.
