Arsenal are preparing for the summer transfer window. Despite their poor outing this season in all the tournaments they participated in, they hope to get things sorted out by next season.
And one of the ways to achieve this is to sign up a new player.
According to the latest report, the Gunners have fallen in love with moving to 18-year-old midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga from French club Rennes, in the upcoming transfer window.
The report revealed that the 18-year-old is a top priority for the Gunners when the transfer window begins.
French outlet Le 10 Sport reports that Arsenal ‘do everything to be perfectly positioned’ for Camavinga’s signing at the end of the season.
The report added that the Premier League club have placed the 18-year-old at the top of their wish list and ‘a major operation is on the way’ in terms of a high-profile move.
Camavinga has set a record for himself at Rennes as he is the youngest player to ever make his debut in the first team during their against Angers in April 2019 at the age of 16 years and four months old.
The French youth are establishing themselves as a regular player for the French Ligue 1 club.
He was previously linked with top clubs such as Bayern Munich and Man Utd.
