VSa controversy was sparked at the Bahrain Grand Prix after Max Verstappenillegal overtaking on Lewis hamilton at the end of the race.

The Dutchman was ordered to leave Hamilton after the race control, Red Bull informed that Verstappen had made the passage outside the runway limits.

Yes Verstappen was for retaining the place, a five-second penalty would likely have been added to his final race time.

“Why didn’t you let me go, man?” request Verstappen his boss.

“I could have easily shot the five seconds. I would rather lose a win like that than be second like that.”

After the incident, the director of the Red Bull team Christian horner stressed that he had to follow the instructions of the race control.

“Once you have received this instruction, you must move out,” Horner told Sky Sports.

“[Verstappen] Do it. It was a fair race and a difficult race. “
