RB Leipzig confirmed that they have activated their purchase option for 24-year-old Benjamin Henriks after the German initially joined the club from AS Monaco on a season-long loan.
Henrichs signed a contract through 2025 while Monaco signed, according to Kicker, He would get a figure of around 15 million euros from the Bundesliga side.
“Since first coming to Leipzig, my goal has been to stay in the long term. I feel really good here and happy to be a player on RB Leipzig for the coming years,” Henriks said to the club’s official channels.
