Chelsea may offer West Ham United three players to sign Declan Rice

Chelsea are ready to supply West Ham United with three players in a possible deal with an extra cash player for Declan Rice this summer, according to The Express.
The Blues were closely linked to the England international’s transfer last summer, but the deal did not materialize between the two sides.
Former Blues boss Frank Lampard recently confirmed that Rice was on the radar and reportedly the club could return to his services.
It is unclear whether Hammers will sell Rice in the next transfer window, but the Blues are ready to negotiate a partial exchange deal for the midfielder.
They are ready to include Tammy Abraham, Robin Loftus-Cheek or Andreas Christensen as a major relegation force with the England national team.

The Blues spent nearly £ 230m on new engagements last summer and could not afford Rice after the spending spree.
Thomas Tuchel, who replaced Lampard as art director in January, will want to sign himself, and Rice appears to be still an option.
It was previously reported that Hammers valued Rice at £ 80m, but the Blues are unlikely to break their transfer record to sign him.
A player’s deal plus cash appears to be the best solution to lower the price, and the hammers might be tempted to get Ibrahim’s signature.
The striker is the Blues’ top scorer this season with 12 goals, but he has fallen behind since Tuchel took the lead.
He has been linked with the Hammers, who has only one senior specialist striker in Mikhail Antonio after Sebastian Haller’s mid-season departure.
David Moyes’ team is in a strong position to hold Price with more than three years remaining on his contract with an option for another 12 months.
The club is fourth ahead of Chelsea, and a surprise UEFA Champions League qualification could save Rice with the extra payout.
