Phil Foden broke up with the team running his social media after a tweet that the player allegedly considered provocative.
Even if you are a communicator, there are sometimes decisions that are difficult to understand. After Manchester City qualified for the Champions League semi-finals, English youngster Phil Foden challenged Kylian Mbappe on Twitter, with a handshake accompanied by the words: “Are you ready?” (Are you ready?).
And this tweet, which was not originally Foden but his communications agency Ten Toes Media, apparently did not satisfy the player who demanded that it be deleted and … the agency in question (which also occupies the networks of Harry Kane and Vinicius Jr. or Martin Braithwaite) has been fired. Phil Foden appears to be concerned that these words seem arrogant and misplaced. We imagine that after the ship sank in terms of the image formed due to non-compliance with sanitary rules during the match between Iceland and England (the player had brought young women to the hotel of choice), Foden and his club became especially wary. ..
