Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided an update on his Manchester United side’s injuries ahead of the club’s Europa League semi-final with Roma tomorrow.
United face the Italian side in the first leg of their last four meetings tomorrow night, as both sides look to advance to one final meeting against Arsenal or Villarreal.
Solskjaer’s side were knocked out in the semi-finals of last season’s competition and are hoping for a positive first leg result ahead of the return to Rome as the Norwegian provided a positive update on his squad ahead of tomorrow’s clash .
“There are so many games!” Solskjaer declared his pre-match press conference.
“They are all fit and available, we didn’t lose anyone in the last game which was good. It was a tough game of course against Leeds, high intensity. We are ready and have had good preparation for the rest of the season.
Solskjaer has confirmed that Eric Bailly and Marcus Rashford are both fit to return to the side against Roma, with the former returning to the bench for the goalless draw with Leeds on Sunday after contracting coronavirus while in international service.
Rashford has suffered a foot injury in recent weeks and has failed to complete 90 minutes since the win over West Ham in mid-March, although Solskjaer has confirmed the England international is available for selection tomorrow evening.
“Both are available,” Solskjaer added. “Its good.”
