Allegri enters Real Madrid’s radar which could see Zidane return to Turin

Massimiliano Allegri is set for a management return and he has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.

The Livorno-born manager has been out of work since 2019 when Juventus relieved him of his duties.

He’s one of the most successful managers in the world without a job and it’s only a matter of time before a new team makes him an offer.

The Bianconero says he’s now on Real Madrid’s radar which could make him their next coach.

Los Blancos have seen Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez’s relationship suffer in recent seasons and this could mean the Frenchman’s time at the helm will end.

Madrid will always prefer to move for an accomplished manager and Allegri is certainly one of them.

He has won five consecutive Scudettos with Juve and reached the Champions League final twice.

If Allegri joins Madrid, the report says it brings Zidane closer to the Juventus bench and the Frenchman would be happy to do his best in Turin where he had a great playing career.

Zidane hasn’t had a long management career, but he’s been largely successful and should do better than Andrea Pirlo if he joins before next season.
