Anfield will once again welcome thousands of fans and witness to the much missed sounds echoing around the four stands on the final day against Crystal Palace.
With UK restrictions to be eased again on May 17, subject to government approval, the Premier League will welcome fans for the last two matches of the season up to 10,000.
For Liverpool, that means fans will be in the stands for their trip to Burnley on the penultimate round and to Anfield on the final day – but no outside fans will be in attendance for either. other.
The Premier League confirmed on Wednesday that only home fans will have access at the end of the season due to a number of logistics and security concerns.
And while Turf Moor is expected to accommodate up to 6,000 fans due to the size of their pitch, Liverpool are set to accommodate 10,000 and have already outlined the ticketing process.
Fans, located in the UK, will need to register by May 10, only season ticket holders and official members with 19 2018/19 credits – and who did not attend a game in December – can do it.

The Premier League has yet to announce whether further mitigation measures will be in place for participants, but Liverpool have said a health declaration questionnaire will need to be completed 24 hours before kick-off and that testing for COVID-19 is “encouraged”.
Safety for all who attend remains a priority in an ever-changing climate, but the return of fans is a welcome step towards normalcy at a time when fan power has dominated the headlines.
The clash against Crystal Palace will be Anfield’s fourth game this season with fans in attendance, the first three hosting 2000 in December.
