The Liverpool star on loan tops the list of fifty wonders of the world

Liverpool star Harvey Elliott is ranked 26th on the Goal NxGn list, which identifies the 50 best young players, according to Liverpoolfc.com.

The English player spent the season on loan at the Championship with Tony Mowbray’s Blackburn Rovers, scoring an impressive 15 goals in 33 league games.

At the age of 17, the highly-rated youngster is expected to have a particularly bright future in Liverpool.

By offering the second-highest number of assists in the tournament that term, Elliott greatly exceeded expectations, particularly those of neutral players who expected the probability to suffer in the physical division.

Although we don’t expect Jürgen Klopp’s plans for a new striker to change drastically, even if the loan is maintained for the remainder of the season, he is offering the German another possible option.

If the manager gets his leg in the summer, we will have two options on the bench to take turns with the front three, suggesting the former young Fulham player could be sent off on loan next season.

Nevertheless, we certainly wouldn’t mind giving him a chance to prove his ability to make the first-team squad for Liverpool in the pre-season period.
